Terms and Conditions

Effective from July 26, 2025 | AirContrip B2C Travel Booking Platform

1. Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Name changes are strictly not permitted after booking.
  • Fare once booked is final and mutually agreed between buyer and seller.

2. Passenger Requirements

  • All passengers including children and infants must carry valid identification proof.
  • Infants must present a valid birth certificate.
  • Accurate mobile number and email ID must be provided as per airline regulations.

3. Check-in & Boarding

  • Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes prior.
  • Passengers are advised to reach the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers (charges may apply).

4. Baggage Policy

  • Cabin baggage allowance is up to 7 kg.
  • Check-in baggage allowance is up to 15 kg.

5. Flight Updates & Responsibilities

  • Flight timings and schedules may change without prior notice.
  • Passengers must reconfirm their flight details at least 24 hours before departure.
  • For terminal or schedule queries, passengers must contact the airline directly.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable under standard conditions.
  • In case of airline cancellation (IROP), refund will be processed after deduction of Rs 250 service charge per person.
  • Refunds may be processed as airline vouchers as per airline policy.

7. Cancellation Charges

  • Domestic: Rs 4250 (within 0–96 hours), Rs 3150 (beyond 96 hours).
  • International: Rs 6950 (within 0–96 hours), Rs 5850 (beyond 96 hours).
  • Charges are applicable per passenger per sector.

8. Amendment Charges

  • Domestic: Rs 2950 (within 96 hrs), Rs 2250 (beyond 96 hrs).
  • International: Rs 3950 + fare difference (within 96 hrs), Rs 3250 + fare difference (beyond 96 hrs).

9. No-Show Policy

  • No-show charges apply if cancellation is done within 3 hours (domestic) or 11 hours (international) before departure.
  • Charges are applicable per passenger per sector.

10. Airline Liability

  • We are not responsible for any flight delay or cancellation by the airline.
  • Any additional cost due to such disruptions must be borne by the traveler.

11. International Travel Conditions

  • International travel may be governed by the Warsaw Convention.
  • Airline liability may be limited for injury, death, or baggage loss/damage.

12. COVID-19 & Special Policies

  • Refunds and changes will be processed as per airline policies.
  • Airlines may issue refunds in the form of vouchers.
  • Additional processing fees may apply depending on airline rules.

13. Additional Notes

  • Additional services like meals, baggage, or seat selection must be added after booking.
  • GST invoice or input credit is not applicable.
  • Airline fees are indicative and may vary based on timing and policy.
